Alet runs a kindergarten in the village of Dungkan in West Kalimantan and gives the children a nourishing meal every week.

Dungkan is a small place in West Kalimantan. Alet, widow of the local minister, is qualified to run a kindergarten, and has been doing so for a few years.
Many children come to school without breakfast and are often home alone because both parents work. The kindergarten is therefore not only a school, but also a place to be. Once a week Alet cooks a nourishing meal; parents often help out and regularly join in.
Parents know where to find Alet and the children love coming. Setia previously provided learning materials and playground equipment. Despite a physical disability, Alet keeps going, out of love for the children.
